Smokey Q pork crackle is cooked in small batches to give a delicious rich and crunchy texture, and seasoned with their signature Smokey Q Chipotle BBQ Rub. 

Smokey Q pork crackle is hand made with 100% Australian pork, and is cooked in lard, unlike most other Australian pork crackle which is often cooked in sunflower or soy oil.

Pork Crackle is high in fat, high in protein and low in carbs, making it the ideal meat based, carnivore snack.  Plus it's gluten, MSG and additive free. Perfect for a quick bite on the go or after a workout!

 

Ingredients:

Pork rind [cooked in lard](90%), chipotle seasoning (10%) [WA Lake salt, chipotle, chilli, smoked paprika, coriander, garlic, onion, pepper, cumin].
