I think it’s fairly overrated for the price. It claims to whiten teeth but after 19 days of use I’ve not seen any improvement at all. Ingredients are prob ok and it has a pleasant taste. I haven’t noticed any sensitivity building up so that’s quite good. But I have bought similar things at the health food store for less than half the price with just as good results in terms of cleaning and no sensitivity. With no flourides or chemicals etc. for nearly $20 I would not buy again.

It didn't taste very good. Kind of like regurgitated beef jerky. Perhaps it was an ingredient in there that made it taste acidic.

I chose this product because it has no flavours or additives. Full disclosure, it tastes just like salt! I recommend adding some fresh lemon or lime, if including that in your diet, otherwise prepare for a salt water experience. I would definitely still buy again, as it is the cleanest electrolyte on the market. Arrived quickly too, thanks Carnivore store!

Love it and should have bought more of it. I used to think salt was salt but reading all the reviews I thought I would try for myself. On our carnivore journey it has been great to reach for the Redmond salt know it has all the required minerals necessary for our bodies.
