Carnivore pork crackle crumbs made from top quality pork rind, lightly seasoned with sea salt.

Also known as palabok, pork crackle crumbs are perfect as a replacement for carb heavy bread crumbs. Crackle crumbs (or pork panko as it's sometimes called) can be used to crumb chicken, fish, veal or just about anything! It can even be added to a salad for extra crunch, or eaten on it's own for a great meat based snack.

And for an extra tasty treat, add to you next chaffle mix in place of almond meal for the ultimate carnivore chaffle.

Hold on, Corn Oil isn't Carnivore

Correct. It's not. And it's definitely not healthy either.

And we would 100% prefer to sell a product that is cooked in any oil other than corn oil

However we have searched exhaustively for a supplier that can provide this but unfortunately, we have not been successful.

We've even approached suppliers and presented a strong business case to manufacture this, but they have refused to consider it.

We have also approached several US suppliers like Pork King Good, Bacon's Heir etc but none have been willing to ship to Australia.

This leaves us with the option to either stock this product, highlighting the corn oil in bold red text, or not stock it at all.

When asked, the majority of our customers expressed the opinion that we should continue selling it.

While it is not the perfect solution, it is significantly better than using traditional bread crumbs.

And if it helps people stay mostly carnivore, most of the time, we see that as a positive.

Disappointed carnivore

I was extremely disappointed that the pork panko was cooked in corn oil. I am avoiding all vegetable and seed oils and don’t understand why it is not cooked in pork lard when it’s from the carnivore store. Not a product I’m interested in using as a result and feel like I should receive a refund as a result. More than happy to return the product if that is required

Magical coating and topping

Exceptionally flavoursome to coat meat and to use as base or toppings to add crunch. The pork crumbs can have grated cheese incorporated to boost protein and taste. Highly recommended for carnivore meals.

There is a corn oil free option

Just to let you know that Outback Jerky (Aussie company) does a pork crumb that's cooked in lard.

Taste is really good

Taste is really good, Could be crumbled a bit more as there were quite big chunks left in.

Wish it was corn free but yummy

I too am disappointed this is cooked in corn oil. But if you don’t care about that very yummy and perfect for crumbing food to make it crispy and delicious.

Pork panko

So far I have only used the pork panko in some meat balls and they are great and help bind the meatballs.

Other uses too

Good for crumb but I have it straight with some duck fat or caramalised butter for lubrication, good for a snack

Pork panko crumbs are a very necessary ingredient for carnivore recipes, these work well. One less star because they contain seed oils.

Simply put, i found a recipe to crumb chicken, ordered this stuff, added some salt and cajun seasoning and crumbed my chicken, into the air fryer, delicious and crunchy
