Shipping time

We try to pack and ship all orders within 48 hours of order however this may not always be possible during busy times.


Estimated delivery times

Shipping time + 1 to 2 business days: NSW, ACT, VIC

Shipping time + 2 to 5 business days: SA, South QLD

Shipping time + 3 to 5 business days: TAS

Shipping time + 4 to 7 business days: North QLD

Shipping time + 5 to 9 business days: NT, WA


Express Shipping

We offer the option of Australia Post Express shipping. (Australia Post Express Zone only - Check your post code)

Note: We are unable to send orders over 5kg by express shipping.


Tracking

We'll email you a tracking link when shipping your order.

 

Signature

You can choose to have your order delivered with or without a signature.

If you choose "Authority To Leave", Australia Post will put the package in a safe place out of the weather according to your instructions.

If you choose "Signature Required" then Australia Post will request a signature on delivery. If you're not home, they put a card in your post box indicating which local post office you can collect the package from. You will need to provide identification to collect from the post office.

If you chose "Authority To Leave" Australia Post will leave your parcel at your unattended premises in accordance with your instructions. You agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises. Carnivore Store, and contractors associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from this delivery method. You agree to release Carnivore Store from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.

 

PO Boxes / Parcel Lockers

Yes! We ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.


Locations

We ship from Wollongong NSW to anywhere in Australia.


International 

We ship to NZ, USA and Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Note, we are unable to ship LMNT outside of Australia. 

As customs regulations vary by country we advise customers to check their local regulations to ensure products comply with import restrictions. We are unable to intervene in case where products do not comply or influence the actions of customs authorities. We are unable to issue a refund for the inspected, opened or removed items.
