HOW TO MIX RE-LYTE LIKE A PRO

  1. Mix one scoop of Re-Lyte into 500-750ml of water.  Add more or less water depending on how you like it to taste.
  2. After mixing, let sit for at least 30 seconds.
  3. Shake it up again for another 10 seconds to let it fully dissolve

 

Avoiding artificial ingredients means a little extra mixing.

You may notice sediment at the bottom of your container when done. that is trace minerals from real salt that are safe and beneficial to consume.

I've already been using Redmond's Real Salt for years & haven't looked back since. These electrolytes definitely do not disappoint either, buttt.. be warned: the normal serving size is very, I repeat, veryyy salty! For someone who has been salt deficient for years, I could only manage a 1/3 serving at a time, with lemon juice squeezed in. They do tell you to listen to your body, though & I've after quite a short amount of time, I've now managed to wean myself up to tolerate just over a half serving at a time (my body craves it now). It all seems to be about building tolerance and getting your body to recognise (particularly if you've been super lax on the salt for years) that it needs this stuff to function optimally.

Great unflavoured electrolyte

I have been purchasing regularly the individually packed Unflavoured Re-Lyte Electrolyte. But it makes economical sense to also buy this 75 serving size tub to be used at home and reserve the pre packed ones for outings.

Economical compared with other brands. I like that it is zero taste except for salty flavour as sweet tastes trigger cravings for me.

Clean product

I chose this product because it has no flavours or additives. Full disclosure, it tastes just like salt! I recommend adding some fresh lemon or lime, if including that in your diet, otherwise prepare for a salt water experience. I would definitely still buy again, as it is the cleanest electrolyte on the market. Arrived quickly too, thanks Carnivore store!
