SALTT Electrolyte Drops (previously sold as Keto Chow Electrolyte Drops) are a liquid concentrate of sodium, magnesium, potassium and trace minerals from Utah’s Great Salt Lake. 250 ml bottle.

What you get

  • Contains the electrolytes sodium, potassium, magnesium and chloride
  • No added sugar, calories, caffeine or artificial ingredients
  • Suitable for hydration packs; does not stain or leave residue

How to use

  • Add to your drink, or over a meal.
  • For little to no salty taste, mix with about 500 ml (16 oz) of water. Some people prefer a stronger taste and use more.
  • Lemon or lime juice can help if you are sensitive to the mineral flavour.

Easy to use but not the best tasting drops I’ve had

A must!!

I was on Carnivore in the past and for some stupid reason I stopped. I was staring again, but I knew that the pains in the legs were a good possibility because I had them when I first started. I heard about this so I thought I would give it a try as I didn't like the taste of other brands. Wonderful!! It is tasteless, you don't need a lot so it goes a long way and best of all no pains in the legs.
