Hasn't worked for me

Let's be clear, I am not saying this won't work for you, but it doesn't work for me. I have been doing keto for 15 weeks, lost 11kgs and still losing. I track my carbs and sugar levels and never go over 50 carbs a day and less than a gram of sugar. This device, even after 16 hours of fasting, still says under 10ppm meaning I am in the early stages of ketosis. There is just no way.
The device is easy to use, put in the mouth piece, turn on, wait for the countdown and blow when it beeps and don't stop until the horizontal lines flash. I like the fact it comes with a case and spare mouth pieces.
All I can say is try it and maybe in conjunction with pee tests to compare the outcome.
