Ancient Lakes Mineral Balance Essential Electrolytes is a blend of ancient lake salt, potassium chloride and concentrated ionic magnesium from Western Australia.

How to use

  • Mix ½–1 tsp in 500 ml–1 L of still or sparkling water.
  • Can also be added to food in place of regular salt.

Servings per package: 33. Serving size: ½ tsp (3 g).

One caveat…

I really do like it. But it has one issue. It tends to clump together like it’s got moisture in it? Would be perfect if it was more dry and powdery so I could easily measure out a little on a teaspoon.

Taking this is just as effective as unflavored LMNT at fixing keto flu / low energy and heart palpitations, at a fraction of the price. This tastes salty and natural whereas LMNT unflavored has a funky taste. Highly recommend 🤌🏼

Great (Sweet-FREE) Product

I have been looking for a sugar free electrolyte that is simple salts: sodium, potassium and magnesium.
Here it is.
It doesn't try to be something it isn't. It looks like salt. And it doesn't try to cover up what it is. It tastes exactly how it should salty. When I want some electrolytes I don't want something sweet.

I finally found the "one" ☺️

I came across your website after feeling frustrated with electrolyte tablets. I have dysautonomia so electrolytes are critical to keeping me out of hospital! BUT, so many brands burned my stomach and many were sickening with their syrup/flavours. I'm so happy! I've been using this for 2 days now and it's so light and really tasty! I can now clean up my diet more due to finally finding a blend I can tolerate! Really great product, I'll definitely be a life consumer 🙌🏻
