To enjoy as a hot drink: Add one teaspoon to a cup of hot water and stir well.

To enjoy in cooking: Add one teaspoon to every cup of hot water and stir well. Season as desired according to individual recipes and serve with noodles, vegetables and your choice of protein.

To enjoy cold: Pull jar out of the fridge and let sit for a couple of minutes until room temperature. Add one teaspoon to an empty glass and top with water, ice and a slice of lemon. Stir well and enjoy.
