Re-Lyte Hydration Chocolate is an electrolyte powder from Redmond, made with Redmond Real Salt (unrefined sea salt), potassium citrate and magnesium. It comes as a pouch of 45 serves with a scoop (no stick packs). Limited edition flavour. It can be mixed hot or cold, in water, milk, smoothies or coffee.

How to use

• Mix one scoop into 500–750 ml of water. Use more or less water to taste.
• Let it sit for at least 30 seconds, then shake again for about 10 seconds to dissolve fully.
• Some sediment is normal. It is the trace minerals from the Real Salt.
