Re-Lyte Hydration Lemon Lime is an electrolyte powder from Redmond, made with Redmond Real Salt (unrefined sea salt), potassium citrate and magnesium. It comes as a tub of 60 serves with a scoop.

What you get

How to use

  • Mix one scoop into 500–750 ml of water. Use more or less water to taste.
  • Let it sit for at least 30 seconds, then shake again for about 10 seconds to dissolve fully.
  • Some sediment is normal. It is the trace minerals from the Real Salt.

Good hydration 🎶

Great tub of electrolyte powder to have on hand. As someone who works outdoors a lot it keeps me hydrated in the warm weather. My only gripe is that it contains stevia as so many electrolyte powders seem to do. WHY?????
I tend to only use a half dose as it's a fairly strong flavour.

Refreshing lemon taste

I like the lemony flavour. At first I found mixing it up a bit of a drag, but now that I am used to it I just stir vigorously with a spoon and the powder soon dissolves. Best of all, no more cramps!
