Re-Lyte Hydration Unflavoured is an electrolyte powder from Redmond, made with Redmond Real Salt (unrefined sea salt), potassium citrate and magnesium. It comes as 30 single-serve stick packs.

What you get

  • Contains the electrolytes sodium, potassium and magnesium, plus chloride and calcium
  • Made with Redmond Real Salt, which naturally contains trace minerals
  • Unflavoured and unsweetened
  • No artificial sweeteners, colours or flavours
  • Suits keto, paleo and vegan eating

How to use

  • Mix one stick into 500–750 ml of water. Use more or less water to taste.
  • Let it sit for at least 30 seconds, then shake again for about 10 seconds to dissolve fully.
  • Some sediment is normal. It is the trace minerals from the Real Salt.

Excellent product!

I started Carnivore and the 1st two days woke up with a headache, on the 3rd day I received my order and I had my 1st sachet and haven't had a headache since, despite continuing with more dairy than I could normally tolerate. No flavours or sweeteners, and its a little unpleasant to get used to, but worth the result in my opinion as I just don't want additives.
