Cut into bite-size pieces and only spiced with sea salt, it's perfect for those following the carnivore diet.

It's also a great snack for the kids if they find other biltong flavours too spicy.

Ingredients:

Organic grass-fed and finished beef, white vinegar and sea salt.

Free from preservatives, dairy, gluten, soy and sugar, Barbell Sea Salt biltong is best kept in the pantry or fridge.

Carnivore compatibility: Ketovore

Animal-based, with small plant additions such as spices, herbs, vinegar, sweeteners or natural curing agents. No seed oils.

Surprisngly fatty and soft this snack has a delightful mouthfeel and the beefy flavour really comes through as it dosn't have anything like chilli or herbs to get in the way of it. Both thumbs up.
