Sourced from premium free-range Australian beef, Tallow is known for its rich, buttery flavour, and high-smoke point cooking 220°C (440°F) making tallow the chef's choice for frying, sautéing, and baking.

Rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K, and essential fatty acids, Tallow harmonises with any cooking flavour while infusing natural fatty acids, minerals, and nutrition into your dish.
