How to Prepare

Add approximately two heaped tablespoons or 26g of freeze-dried ground beef to a heatproof cup or bowl.
Add seasoning if desired.
Pour in enough boiling water to cover the beef.
Allow it to rehydrate for approximately 6 minutes.
Drain any excess water if required, then enjoy on its own or add it to a meal.
